VFT-Forced Side Feeder

Forced side feeders have significant advantages in design and application, and can effectively solve problems in the traditional feeding process and improve production efficiency and product quality. Through technological innovation and intelligent upgrades, future forced side feeders will play a greater role in improving operational convenience, production efficiency, energy conservation and emission reduction, providing strong support for the sustainable development of various industries.

In the feeding process of loose materials such as powders and fibers, since these materials contain a lot of air, it is easy to cause blockage when using ordinary side feeders to feed the main machine, reducing the feeding capacity. This affects production efficiency and product quality. The VFT forced side feeder completes gas-solid separation through vacuum exhaust and filtration separation technology, reduces the obstruction of gas to transportation, avoids material backflow, and achieves the purpose of enhanced feeding capacity. Innovative designs such as building block-type co-directional conjugate double-helix propulsion and barrel cooling flow channels improve the flexibility of operation and the adaptability of the machine. Using the forced side feeder, the forced pushing force of the screw overcomes the pressure in the extruder to ensure that the filler is effectively fed into the main machine for fusion.

This set of VFT forced side feeder is suitable for adding various organic/inorganic fillers, reinforcing agents, etc. in the field of twin screw compounding, such as loose materials in the form of mineral powder, wood powder, fiber, feather, flakes, etc.
